Digital nature of products
BrainyKits primarily sells digital products delivered online. Because downloadable files can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not offered once a purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered.
When we can help
If you experience a duplicate charge, payment issue, broken file, or download-access problem, please email us and we will review the issue. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, technical help, or a refund at our discretion.

Send your order details and a short description of the problem to hello@brainykits.in. Including your order number helps us respond faster.
